Deleting your data from Volares

If you connected Volares to Facebook or WhatsApp

If you connected Volares to Facebook or WhatsApp, you can also remove it from your Facebook settings.

To delete what we already hold, write to yakir@volares.com from the email on your Volares account or, if you have no Volares account, with the Facebook name you used. We answer within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except what a law requires us to keep, and we tell you when it is done.

If you wrote to a law firm on WhatsApp, or filled a law firm’s lead form on Facebook

That firm controls your data, and we hold it for them. Ask the firm. If you write to us, we will pass your request to the firm the same day.

If you are a Volares customer

An admin can close the firm’s account in Settings. After a 7-day window to cancel, we delete the firm’s data as section 7 of our privacy policy describes.

Anything else

If you asked us for a demo or wrote to us, you can ask us to delete that too. Write to yakir@volares.com. Your other rights are in section 10 of the privacy policy.
