How to reach us
Most questions about the product are quicker to answer by showing you the work, so the fastest route is to ask for a demonstration. For anything that needs a named address rather than a form, the routes below go to a person.

Legal and privacy
legal@volares.com reaches the named contact for legal and privacy matters, including a request about your own personal data. It is the address our policies name, so it is the one that is monitored for them.
The product
Ask for a demonstration and we will walk you through the product on real work rather than send a deck. If you already use Volares through your organization, your own administrator can reach us on your behalf and will usually be faster.
Security
Write to legal@volares.com and say it is a security matter. Our security page sets out what we hold and what we do not, in plain terms, and is the right thing to read first.
Where we publish
We write about how the product works, and what it refuses to do, on our blog. Company updates go to LinkedIn and product recordings to YouTube. Those two are the only accounts that are ours; anything else using the name is not us.
