For in-house legal teams
Your next contract, ready for your review.
Forward a contract to Volares. Review it against your company’s playbook, inspect the deviations, and approve proposed changes in Word.
How a contract reaches Volares today.
Forward the contracts you want reviewed
Forward a message with the contract attached. Volares matches it to one of your published playbooks by the document’s name and starts the review, which appears in your Contract intake queue.
Send it from the address you sign in with; that is how it knows it is yours. Only the messages you forward are read.
Connect Outlook or Gmail
Connect a mailbox so contracts are picked up without forwarding. In development, and not available today.
Setting up your playbook.
Setup is done with you on a call with the founder, before your first contract is forwarded. Forwarding alone does not create an account or a playbook.
What you bring
Your playbook if you have one, or the positions you take on the contracts you see most, and a few agreements you have already signed or negotiated.
Where it starts
From a Volares playbook written for your side of the deal, such as vendor-side SaaS subscriptions, edited to your positions. Or rule by rule, by hand. Or drafted in a thread from documents you give it, such as an existing playbook, approved wording or prior contracts, with each rule it proposes waiting for your approval.
If you have no written playbook
Start from the Volares playbook for your side. Each rule has a preferred position and fallbacks, and on the setup call you change them to what your team actually accepts.
Who approves it
A playbook stays a draft until an admin or its author publishes it. Only published playbooks are used on forwarded contracts.
When no playbook matches
The queue marks the contract “No playbook for this type”. Choose a playbook to review it against, or create one for that kind of document.
Where the result goes
Nothing is changed in your contract until you choose to. Open the review’s thread and its proposed revisions are added to a copy as tracked changes, each accepted or rejected in Word.
Also in the same account.
Review tables
Run one question across every contract in a set, each cell cited or marked not found.
Document review
A single document read start to end, gaps and risks graded, each with the clause drafted to close it.
Standards
Teach a Standard from one document you have already written, and every draft since is made from it.
Agents
Save the work as an agent that runs on demand or on a trigger, and stops at an approval card for a lawyer to decide.
What a demo covers.
Twenty minutes on the real product, on one contract type your team handles often. Bring a sample contract you are comfortable sharing and we can use it instead of ours.

Security and controls, stated exactly.
There is no badge on this page. The security page says plainly what Volares holds and what stands in its place, and what stands in its place is in the code: one model vendor and no training on your documents, every read scoped to your firm, a record of actions your own people can read, and an approval card that waits for a lawyer.
